Industrial Design
 
Filing Requirements:

1. The full name and complete address of the applicant. 

2. The full name and complete address of the designer. 

3. copies of each picture and/or drawing of the design, maximum size A4. 

4. Title of the design. 

5. A brief description of the design, maximum 150 words, not compulsory.

6. Assignment, if the applicant is not the designer, no legalization required.* 

*Must be lodged within 3 weeks from application date. 

Classification: According to the Locarno Agreement. 
Duration: 25 years from date of application, renewable with 5 years intervals.
