Trademark search and filing of applications 
Our services iclude extensive trademark searches, analysis and input regarding trademark selection.  We also assist our clients in the filing of trademark applications, licensing as well as providing advice on the protection of already existing trademarks.

Trademark watch 
We offer an on-going protection watch service designed to monitor and preserve the integrity of a corporate logo or brand identity from possible infringement, whatever the source.

Domains
Our domain services include registration of .is domains as well as other national and international top level domains. Futhermore we assist our clients in proceedings against domain squatters, dispute resolutions and mediation.

Filing Requirements

1. The full name and complete address of the applicant. 7 prints, maximum size 8x10 cm (only for device marks or word marks of special typographical character). 

2. A description of the goods and services for which registration is sought. Classification: International Classification of Goods and Services - Nice Agreement. Multiclass goods/service applications possible. 

3. Certified copy of basic application, if priority is to be claimed.* May be filed at a later date. 

4. A copy of home registration certificate.* May be filed at a later date. 

5. * Does not apply to member states to the Paris Convention.

Duration: 10 years from date of registration – Renewable.
